COURSES
Beginner Speech:
A beginner course, best for students who are entirely new or relatively new to speech. We will go over public speaking which can help students with their speaking confidence as well as aid them in school. The second half will be focused more on application where the students will participate in speeches and helping put the skills they have learnt to use. Class size will be 4 - 6 students.

Intermediate Speech:
This intermediate course is ideal for students who have basic public speaking skills and want to take them to the next level. Students will learn how to craft more persuasive and compelling speeches while refining their delivery. We will focus on engaging the audience with storytelling, rhetorical strategies, and effective use of visual aids. By the end of the course, students will be able to present confidently in a variety of settings, from classrooms to community events.​​

Advanced Speech:
Our advanced speech course is tailored for students aiming to excel in high-level public speaking and presentations. This course dives deep into speechwriting, advanced persuasion techniques, and audience analysis. Students will work on developing a unique style and voice while addressing more complex topics. They will practice delivering speeches in a variety of professional and formal settings, receiving tailored feedback to improve their poise, tone, and engagement. The course prepares students for public speaking at competitions, conferences, and leadership events.

Beginner Debate:
A beginner course, best for students who are relatively new to Debate. We will start off by focusing on how to research and what good research entails. Then we will teach the students how to write cases and how to put all of their research together. After that we will focus on how to debate in a round and how to argue their point to a judge. Finally we will have 2 full debate rounds running with all the students participating in a real debate. ​

Intermediate Debate:
An intermediate course designed for students who have basic debating skills and are looking to enhance their research, argumentation, and public speaking abilities. We will deepen students’ understanding of forming strong, logical arguments and counterarguments, teaching them advanced research techniques and analysis. The course also covers strategic debating, focusing on how to read opponents’ arguments and adjust accordingly. Students will participate in multiple structured debates and receive individual feedback to improve their style and effectiveness.

An advanced debate course intended for students with substantial experience in debating. This course focuses on mastering the art of debate through rigorous practice in multiple formats, including parliamentary and public forum debates. Students will learn how to craft intricate, persuasive arguments while considering ethical implications and real-world contexts. We will emphasize refining presentation skills, speed, and precision, preparing students for competitive debating environments. By the end of this course, students will be ready to take part in higher-level competitions and perform at their peak.
